Happy New Year and here is to a bright and successful 2021. 
Our goal for this year is to be known for exactly how we can help and the role we play as we assist our clients.  Whether we get asked to help with auto and home insurance or if our clients state, "I didn't know you could help with that", we learned in 2020 our efforts of building our brand in our community did not achieve the expected results.  We hope to clarify some of that confusion here.
Our agents are licensed professionals in the areas of life and health insurance.  Each type of insurance we offer is commonly known as a line in our industry.  We help with the following lines of insurance: - Life Insurance:  both temporary and permanent to protect you and your love ones, save for retirement, or provide for final expenses - Long Term Care:  not just for nursing homes or the end of our life, assisting with any two of the six activities of daily living - Disability:  to replace your income if you become sick or injured and cannot work - Retirement Income:  helping provide guaranteed monthly income - Medicare:  a simplified approach to options available to those eligible for Medicare coverage - Health Insurance:  either through the marketplace (healthcare.gov or Covered California) or directly from our carriers - Vision and Dental Insurance:  affordable options to keep coverage within your budget - Ambulance and Emergency Transportation:  prepaid options to cover all air and ground emergency transportation
We also work with our business owners by providing affordable and efficient group benefits for their employees by the top rated providers in the industry.  Our agents assist with health, dental, vision, and life insurance at a controlled cost to the employer.  Our service with these products is industry leading.  You can read our reviews on LinkedIn, Google, and the Better Business Bureau.
Our simplified, education-first approach allows our clients to learn how each of these coverages work.  Discussions often lead to more questions.  At the end of each of our meetings, we review what we talked about and explore the next steps.  Each of our recommendations is customized based on the needs of our clients.  Our ethics and commitment to establishing and building trust are some of the reasons we have been accredited with organizations such as NAIFA, the Better Business Bureau, and 2-1-1 San Diego.  We are proud members of both the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce as well as the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce.
Clients with existing coverage can review how their situation may have changed since the policy was written.  Often times, we find a beneficiary change or old address that needs updated.  We pride ourselves on continuing to build our relationships with our clients.   We also work with other industry professionals to build a team-based approach to plan for the future while protecting the present.
